Holiday party planning
The holidays are just around the corner, which means plenty of holiday parties to attend and perhaps plan. Whether you’re planning a festive gathering with friends and family or you’re in charge of planning your office party, we have some great ideas that will get you inspired to throw an amazing holiday soiree this year!
Holiday ambiance: for an elegant affair, decorate the space with whites and metallics. For a bit of whimsy and a pop of color, hang tasseled streamers from the ceiling, scatter tea lights around serving tables and place simple flower arrangements throughout the space.
Cheery food and beverage table: keep the table simple and clean – the hors d’oeuvres should stand out, not the table decor. Create custom labels for the items on the table – that way your guests will know exactly what they are eating.
Serve specialty cocktails or champagne cocktails for a modern touch. But have other beverage options on hand – you want to make sure your guests are comfortable and having a good time.
Goodie bags: the best things about attending parties! Fill goodie bags with small custom gifts and candy from local shops. A wristband with the party date is a nice addition to any goodie bag – such a great way to remember a fun event.
Party activities: an all time favorite at parties is the photo booth – serve up a few of those specialty cocktails and you won’t be able to get your guests out of the photo booths! And a great memory of a fun evening. Raffles are another great way to get your guests involved and keep them entertained. Use the party wristbands as part of your raffle – for example: anyone with a red wristband is entered to win a prize, and so on.
