SongBust: Miike Snow – Black and Blue
Miike Snow the Swedish trio have been popular on the music blogs since their self-titled debut dropped in June. The trio are set to headline a run of North American dates, but before they hit your town, they’ve dropped the video for latest single, “Black and Blue“.
The video features a beared man with giant headphones and a robe, two teenage lovebirds, their token third wheel and the band themselves. As you shuffle between scenes of crazy electronics, dirty dishes, make out sessions, it’s the “one-man band” that truly steals the show.

The Minerals Collection by Lazerian
Manchester designer Liam Hopkins of Lazerian has created a collection of candle holders shaped like laboratory beakers titled the Minerals Collection because each design is named after a different mineral used to add color to candles.
Made of beech, the collection consists of five shapes available in three sizes. The designs were showcased at 100% design in London.

ITSOK Fluorescents by Sighn
Artist Sighn began cutting “IT’S OK” pieces by hand from scrapwood last year, and is close to cutting 5,000 so far. He plans to make a million pieces in this limited edition, and expects the project to take up to 60 years to complete.
The New fluorescent editions are numbered 4,191 to 4,440 and are available at Multi Polar Projects. For every piece purchased a tree is planted through the Arbor Day Foundation.
