Bedclothes by Vadim Cherniy

bedclothes

How super cute is this crap! Vadim Cherniy is a surprising designer. I’ve never heard of him before, and I can’t find any statics on the material/quality of the bedclothes collection, but based on looks – I believe it to be a thin layer of material you temporarily place over your actual bedding in hopes of a desired outcome: Hetero Sleep, Sex or Homo Sleep.

Albert Hammond Jr. Does Suits

Albert_Hammond_Jr._Suits_2

I’ve been digging Albert Hammond Jr.’s music for a couple of years now. My friend from Minneapolis, Minnesota got me hooked on his sound (thanks Rob). Since then I’ve also been drawn to Jr’s. style. Everything about him from wardrobe to album cover has been stellar.

I wasn’t entirely surprised to hear that he is doing a new line of men’s suits…and that they rock. They’ve been coined as smart, sleek and insanely covetable. There’s a delectable burgundy version, snappy three-pieces, and a fitted trench with enough length to wear into the colder months. Available at Confederacy, each ensemble will cost you about $2000.

Chanel’s JADE NAIL Collection

Chanel_Jade_Nail_Collection

CHANEL JADE Nail Collection debuted at the CHANEL Ready-to-Wear Autumn/Winter 2009-2010 fashion show. Peter Philips of CHANEL Makeup created the limited edition enamels in colors “Jade” and “Jade Rose”.
“For the nails, Karl wanted a green shade to evoke the jade notes of the collection. So I worked with our laboratories to offer him a monochromatic palette of 10 green shades. We chose the colour that most resembled the green tweed skirt suit from the collection,” explains Philips.

At $25/color the polishes are available exclusively at CHANEL boutiques, CHANEL Makeup Studios and on CHANEL.com.
